We invite abstracts from researchers, practitioners, policymakers, students and community organizations across South Asia and beyond, in every format that helps ideas travel.

Formats
Four ways to present
Oral paper
15-minute presentation + discussion, in a thematic parallel session. For completed research, evaluations and policy analyses.
Poster
A visual conversation starter in our poster pavilion: ideal for emerging findings, student work and program snapshots.
Workshop / symposium
90 minutes, hands-on. Teach a method, run a supervision lab, convene a panel around a shared question.
Practice & community showcase
For NGOs, community organizations and homestay hosts: present models, tools and lived-experience initiatives from the field.

Sign up on this site. Your dashboard is your submission portal and, later, your personal conference program.
Choose your theme & format
Map your abstract to one of the seven thematic areas and pick oral, poster, workshop or showcase.
Submit your abstract
Up to 300 words, in English, with title, authors, affiliation and 3–5 keywords. Submissions open with registration.
Peer review & decision
Every abstract is reviewed by two members of the scientific committee. Decisions and mentoring notes follow by email.
A note on our review values
We welcome rigorous research and rigorous practice alike. Lived-experience work, community models and honest accounts of what did not work are as valuable here as large-sample studies. Student submissions receive constructive mentoring notes whether accepted or not. This conference exists to grow the region's capacity, not to gatekeep it.
